  • Progress tracking and reporting
  • Secure document management
  • Credit education resources
  • AI-powered document scanning and verification
  • Partner program for affiliates (20% recurring commission)
  • White-label B2B platform for credit repair professionals

3. No Guarantees

IMPORTANT: The Dispute Office does not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to:

  • Removal of any items from your credit reports
  • Specific credit score improvements
  • Approval for credit, loans, or other financial products
  • Any particular outcome from the dispute process

Credit repair results vary based on individual circumstances. The success of disputes depends on factors outside our control, including the accuracy of information and bureau responses.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Submit all required documents in a timely manner
  • Review and respond to communications promptly
  • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Not use our services for any fraudulent purpose

5. Authorization

By using our services, you authorize The Dispute Office to:

  • Obtain your credit reports on your behalf
  • Submit disputes to credit bureaus in your name
  • Communicate with credit bureaus and creditors regarding your disputes
  • Access and store documents you upload to our platform

6. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis
  • Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months

7. Partner Program

Partners earn a 20% recurring commission on active client subscriptions. Commission rates, payout schedules, and program terms are subject to change with notice. Partners must maintain active status and comply with all program requirements.

8. White-Label Services

White-label clients receive a fully branded platform for their business. Custom pricing, branding setup, and service level agreements are established separately. White-label clients are responsible for their own client relationships, billing, and support.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our platform remain the property of The Dispute Office. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Dispute Office shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
